What we collect

• Account data: name, date of birth, email, country, language, username, hashed password
• KYC documents: government ID, proof of address, proof of payment method. Stored encrypted, accessible only to authorised compliance staff
• Transactional data: deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, losses, bonus history
• Technical data: IP address, device fingerprint, browser, session times, pages viewed
• Communications: live-chat transcripts, email correspondence, complaint history
