KYC: the one-time check
The first withdrawal triggers full Know Your Customer review. After that, subsequent withdrawals skip the queue unless you change payment method or pass a regulatory threshold. You upload three documents:
- Government photo ID: passport, driving licence or national ID. Front and back if it has them
- Proof of address within the last 90 days: utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter or HMRC letter all work
- Proof of payment method: front of bank card with middle eight digits masked, or screenshot of e-wallet account page showing your name and the account ID
Review window: typically 24 to 48 hours during the working week. Faster overnight than people expect because the compliance desk runs a night shift.
Withdrawal limits
Standard accounts: £10,000 per transaction on crypto, £30,000 weekly aggregate. VIP accounts negotiate higher ceilings with their host. The weekly cap rolls forward Monday 00:00 GMT.
If a withdrawal is stuck in pending
Withdrawals show as Pending until the payments team picks them up. The windows in the table above are the typical post-pending timing. If your withdrawal has been pending past those windows:
- Open live chat with your withdrawal ID (shown in the transaction history)
- The payments desk reviews stuck items within one shift
- Most delays are KYC follow-ups (an extra document needed) rather than payment-side issues
- If a card withdrawal fails (some UK card issuers reject gambling refunds), the payments desk reroutes to bank transfer automatically
Cancellation
A pending withdrawal can be cancelled and returned to your playable balance any time before the payments team processes it. Once it moves to Processing, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations are an easy way to reverse a hasty withdrawal request, but if you are using cancellation to stay in play across long sessions, please look at the responsible-gambling tools instead.
What we cannot withdraw to
PaysafeCard, Flexepin and CASHlib are deposit-only methods. If you funded with any of these, the withdrawal routes to bank transfer by default. You can pick a different e-wallet or crypto destination from the cashier instead.
